Refund & Returns Policy
This policy explains how returns, exchanges, and refunds work for standard purchases made on Yuumiu. If you have questions, contact us and we’ll help you quickly.

1. Return eligibility
You may request a return within 30 days of delivery for most items, provided that the product:
- is in new, unused condition
- includes original packaging, accessories, and inserts
- is not damaged due to misuse, accidents, or improper care
2. Items not eligible for return
For safety and practicality, the following are generally not eligible for return:
- items marked “final sale”
- gift cards (if offered)
- items with missing major components (e.g., key accessories, core parts)
- items returned outside the return window
3. How to start a return
To start a return, please email us with:
- your order number
- the item(s) you want to return
- the reason for the return
- photos (required for damaged/defective items)
After review, we will provide return instructions. Do not send items back until you receive confirmation.

4. Return shipping costs
Unless the item is defective or arrived damaged, return shipping costs are typically the responsibility of the customer.
- If the return is due to a defect or damage on arrival, we will work with you on a replacement or refund and may cover return shipping where applicable.
- If the return is for personal preference (e.g., changed mind), the customer typically covers return shipping.
5. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection. If approved:
- refunds are issued to the original payment method
- processing time is typically 5–10 business days (banks may vary)
- original shipping fees (if any) are generally non-refundable unless required by law or the return is due to our error
6. Exchanges
If you want an exchange (for example, a replacement for a damaged unit), contact us and we’ll guide you through the fastest option. Exchanges depend on inventory availability.
7. Damaged or defective items
If your item arrives damaged or appears defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and a brief description. We will work with you to resolve the issue through replacement, repair guidance (if applicable), or a refund.
8. Late, missing, or wrong items
If your order is missing items, delivered to the wrong address, or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery (or the marked delivery date). We will investigate and make it right.
9. International returns
International customers are responsible for any return shipping fees, and any duties/taxes that may apply. Refunds typically do not include duties/taxes paid to customs authorities.
10. Policy notes
- We may refuse returns that do not meet eligibility requirements.
- This policy does not limit rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.
